Learning Assistance Center: This is a fantastic resource located on the lower level of the Marvin Library.  They are open 7am - 10pm on Monday through Thursday.  Their hours on Friday are 7am - 5pm and on Saturday 9am - 4pm.  There are Math specialists on staff that can provide assistance with homework problems and other course-related matters.
Center for Academic Engagement A relatively new resource at HVCC, an excellent starting point to help you better navigate the college process. Through Engage-N-Go workshops, access to mentors, its staff and its relationship with faculty, the CAE consolidates all the services needed to enhance your success as a student. You are encouraged to seek out their services, but you may also hear from them through their outreach program if you are struggling.
Collegiate Academic Support Program One-on-One instruction in Math, Science, English, and Writing from the Office of Minority Student Services.  Counseling.  Mentoring.  Referrals.  If you are really struggling, this office can help!
